Introduction
WastErase is a professional animal waste removal service operating within the State of California. We are insured and licensed with the appropriate agencies to meet compliance with state and local laws.

Part I.  Services
WastErase in order to perform contracted services may need to:

• Enter your private residence
• Access locked gates
• Interact with your pets

By providing WastErase with your information and clicking submit on our Sign-up form you are authorizing WastErase to perform said services in lieu of a written contract. WastErase reserves the right to cancel services at any time for any reason.

Part II.  Payment
WastErase bills for 4 week periods of service in advance of service rendering. Payments can be made by check endorsed to WastErase, 1464 Madera Rd #N103, Simi Valley, CA 93065.

Invoices will be left at your door during regular service intervals.

You have the right to cancel or alter your service contract at anytime with written notice to our e-mail or USPS mailing address or via voice by calling 805-791-9721.

Payment must be made to continue service. Late fees apply and are sugbject to terms defined on invoice.

Part III.  Liability and Security
WastErase is insured to provide services to your residence or property. Our representatives expect a reasonable measure of safety be taken by you to ensure that your pets will not attack them.

WastErase may require entrance into a secured area within your property to provide services. WastErase will make reasonable attempts to re-secure area once service has been rendered.

Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact WastErase by phone or e-mail. We are committed to resolving disputes within 10 business days.
